Only 3 trona each class to be sent
2 All art work must have on the back, name of pupil, grade, school, teacher's name, and
name of topic -
3 All art work only must be mounted
4 PLEASE NOTE All work to be handed in by Wednesday. June 1, 1983 to the Arena
between 3 and 5 p m and must be pecked up at the Fair between to and 11 p m
Saturday evening and 10 a m Sunday morning The Fair Board is not responsible for
articles not picked up by said time
5 No entry tags will be given to the Elementary Schools Entry tags will be filled in by the

6 Identify pupils exhibits by having the following information on the back, bottom right
hand corner of all art. writing, printing, and creative writing or inside, un back cover of
