The President is Lori Bechtel, Vice -President is Vicki Peck, and Secretary is Mar- ni Gibbings. On Feb. 23 Clinton III held their first official meeting. At the meeting they tried to think of a club name but since they are still undecided the club will go by Clinton III, the club number. Members went right to work cooking Pumpkin Soup, Scotch or Anglesey Eggs, Irish Soda Bread and Maple Baked Apples. These recipes are part of Ontario's Heritage, which is this spr- ings club. While the food cooked members worked on their books, filling in blanks, and they discussed various food recipes and traditions from various countries. Each member sampled the food after it was done.
