In Clinton, there are window displays, posters, and special events planned. Parents are welcome to attend any meetings. The week is called Guide - Scout Week because two peo- ple are responsible for star- ting Guiding and Scouting. Lord Baden-Powell started Scouts first which later led to Cubs. Venturers, and four years ago Scouting started Beavers. Lady Baden- Pt.,ve11 was responsible for St. John Ambulance The need never changes. The pancake brunch is at the Legion from 9 a in. to2p.m. The Gwding Movement is taking orders for cookies again this y ear. The girls will be out in uniform.
