guitar. Rev. Bechtel spoke
on I Write to Accept. Larry
Rutledge and Del Schloen-
dorf received the offering.
The Goderich Township
W.I. are holding a card party
in the Community Centre in
Holmesville, Thursday even-
ing, January 13 at 8 p.m.
Ladies bring lunch.
The Enterprising Seniors
of Goderich Township and
area met last Thursday in
Holmesville. Everitt Mcll-
wain chaired the meeting
and for the opening exer-
cises Jean Lobb played the
piano.

the minutes of the last
meeting. Frank Yeu
presented the treasurer's

gave a very interesting and
informative talk on
photography. She later took
a picture of the group.
Everitt Mcllwain thanked
Allison for her time and her
talk and pictures.
Lunch was served by
Charlotte Norman and Hazel
Mcllwain. During lunch
everyone joined in in singing
Happy Birthday to Mervyn
who was celebrating that
day, January 6.

Sunday after The Epiphany,
Morning Prayer was h; ;d in
St. James' Anglican Church
in Middleton with Rev.
George Youmatoff in
charge. Bet ore the singing of
the second hymn the
minister asked the children
to come to the sanctuary
where they sat and he told
them of the Epiphany before
going to the church hall for
Sunday school. Audrey
Middleton read the lesson.
Don Middleton and Edward
Deeves received the of-
fering.
The A.C.W of St. James
Church will meet next
Thursday at the home of
Audrey Middleton with Carol
Wammes, the leader in
charge.
Father Gordon Reynolds
wishes to thank everyone for
your sustaining prayers
during his recent surgery.
He is now recuperating at his
home so please direct all
calls concerning parish
illnesses and emergencies,
as well as notices for the
bulletin to him at the Rec-
tory 565-2616.
Annual Vestry Meeting
has been scheduled for early
February. Watch for further
notice. All organizations are
asked to submit their annual
reports to Barbara Reynolds
by January 15 so they can be
published.
