tedo. the well-known furrier, is in
the Fam•rgeney liospital suffering
from painful injuries sustained by be-
ing run down last evening 'Mar To-
ronto and King streets by a horse
and wagon driven by Charles Stev-
ens, a market gardener of Brecon -
dale.
Stevens was arreeted and will be
held -until the result of Mr. Bastc•do's
injuries at known. The prisoner is
charged with wounding, it being al-
leged by Constable -Redford, who wit-
nessed the accident., that Stevens was
driving at a rapid rate when Bas-
tedo was run down while wheeling.
