A. Williams purchased' -of H. Cook, of Hensen. In this ease ..the plaintiff Williams claimed that las it was not in as gond condition as represented. Eighteen witnesses were examined on Wednesday and their evidence, in many eases contra- dictory, was generally of a profes- .sional nature. and made up of volts and other technical terms. The case was resumed at 9.30 a. m. yesterday, :andwasconcluded before the court adjourned, when His Lordship render- ed judgmeat for the plaintiff for $300 -and costs. -Wes.
