Action was taken on behalf of the mother, who was an inmate of an asylum, by a brother. The mother died shortly afterwards and mean- while the G. T. R. offered $1,875 com- pensation. The company now raises the' point that McHugh has neither mother, wife nor child and that the action,jherefore fails.
