The horse took bini to Grand Bend, when the boy turned and retraced bis tracks via, Crediton road and south to Denfield, where he was dickering with a Mr. Hodgine for an excbange hor- ses when arrested. He was brougbt to Exeter, and before Sgoire Gregory, pleaded guilty, who committed him to Goderieh for sentence. The young man is a native of Eugland and is one of Miss Fry's emigrants.
