This is pretty good, considering there are only 50 acres. BRIEES.-MiSS Lizzie Downie is quite ill. -Mrs. Strawby, sister of Win. Byrne, and Mrs. P. Woods, died in Manitoba, and her remains . were brought to Irish -town cemetery for son of Bernard O'Connell, died on Saturday last after a long illness. Mr. Keefe has rented the farm owned Mrs. J. Carpenter, and has taken up his residence there. -Six burials took place hi, Irishtown dining the course of last week. -Once more the /angel of death cast his sad wing over our village, bringing in his wake grief to the borne of Mr. Connell. Thursday morning last little Lizzie, the young- est child, breathed her last; at the tender age of thirteen years. The child had been ill for only two weeks.
