Huron Uounty Christian En- deavor. It is generally admitted that any movement calculated to elevate and improve the morals of mankind, is worthy of cordial support and seen- pathy. The Christian Endeavor move- ment not only commends itself to the public in this respect, but its progress in all lands has been such as to -com- mand attention and admiration. The Huron County Christian Endeavor Union, which is one of the active church organizations of the county, and aiming to do all the good it can, has arranged for its annual conven- tion, -which takes place in Knox church Goderieh, on August 27 28, and has endeavored tomake its program there- fore as intensely interesting and pro- fitable to all Christian workers as possible. On it are such names as those of Rev. W. Johnston, Episcopal minister of Wardsville; Rev. Jos. Edge, Goderieh; Rev. J. S. Henderson and Rev. W. E. Kerr, Hensallt Rev. G. W.
