All are in the midst of the
holiday season and it won't be
long now before 1975 comes to
an end. The last meeting of
WDO for this year has been
held. Everybody got into the
holiday spirit with the annual
Christmas party.
There was quite an array of
,r, Christmas `baking and treats
supplied by the committee
members along with tea and
coffee.' The hall was all
decked outd'inChristmas.
trimmings and Christmas
carols were playing in the
background. The kids all
joined their mothers for the
party and w,re busy with
games and toys.
Part w ,?yr,..•through the
n O•rrr1ng the group was
° surprised by a very special'-
visitors.' They all began
hearing hells jingling and
suddenly there appeared
Santa. He shook hands and
greeted everyone i'n his jolly
way and then passed candies
:, around to the delight of all the
kiddies.
A special thanks was given
to Mrs, , Larder and her
helpet;,s for the wonderful job_
they do' each week babysit-
ting. All too•soon Santa had to
hid ti fond farewell and 'get
''.hack to his busy preparations
for Christmas.
After that the kids,
settled down and • be�;me

Well, that's it for this year.
Now don't forget there won't
be,: any meetings. until

CHRISTMAS CONCERT

Church put on, a Christmas
program on Sunday evening
which was open to all. The
primary Sunday School
children sang and recited, the
juniors put on an operetta and
the older children and young
adults presented, a very in-
teresting performance of
readings and dialogue and
singing, This was followed by
the presentation of books to
the Sunday School children.
Mr. Or•rie Gingerich was
chairman for the evening. '
