Sixteen year olds have the highest accident rate of any other driver on the road. BY JOANNE STEWART In the community, many projects have begun to to help the growth of the town, such as the Suncoast Mall, housing project, addition to the Victoria..public school and the runway. addition at the Go.ddrich Airport. I predict that within one year all of these old projects will have been completed and new and bigger ones starting.
