WHO 1S SANTA?,
F9y, years" .and .years a
chubby, bearded, man is,seen
flying through the -sky on
Christmas eve in a sleigh
drawn by nine reindeer. He
brings toys and gifts that with
please thern. His name is
Santa Claus.
Santa is the spirit,. of
Christmas, "spirit' meaning
having uo bodyv a ghost.
Many children say, "I've
never seen him so I don't
believe in him." I think that is
thoughtless because if he's a
ghost you can't see him,
unless you yourself are one.
About this time of year
Santa is busy making toys
and reading, letters boys and
girls send him ,tellingwhat
they would like to receive on.
Christmas.
Soon Santa. will be flying
ebrough the air bringing gifts,
getting 'stuck in Chimneys
and eating cookies children
leaVe him.
W :y does he do it? Because
it i is job arid he gets payed
wit your cookies and milk,
beautiful Christmas trees,
lovely Christmas lights and
letters but mostly your belief
in him.

WHO IS SANTA CLACS?
Who is he? Was he the
person who brought joy and
peace to the world? Was he
the one who lighted up little
children's hearts? •
Think about it. No one
really knows wsho he is. On
Christmas Eve I remember 1
would always gat up and go
downstairs., to try to see him
but "either I would fall asleep
orthink 1 would have 'missed
him.
The mysterious part is that
in the morning when you get
up the food and drinks that
you left for them is gone..

WHO IS SANTA CLAUS
Santa is not really a perSon.
People just use models to
resemble Santa.
Children really think that
there is a Santa Claus and
.Lthere is, the spirit of him. The
WHO IS SANTA CLAUS
Santa Claus i§ the giving
and getting of gifts. He is the
feeling inside you —when
someone says thank you. He
is the feeling you get on
Christmas Eve as the snow
falls gently from the sky. He
is the look on a child's face as
he opens a gift. That's who

:i4pir it of Christmas is
receiving or givinq gifts and
card.
If any person tells a child
that theile is not a Santa Claus
then they do not have any
.Christmas spirit.
So I hope that everyone
believes that there is Santa
Claus as I do.

WHO IS SANTA?
TQ nle Santa is the spirit of
Christmas to little children,
and even to many adults.
Without Santa, who would the
children depend upon to bring
their toys. They know their
parents, don't have flying
reindeer and they knOw their
father is to fat to fit down -the
chinipey. They have seen
pic(*s of Santa and they
know hecouldn't fit down the.
chimney either, but to them
he is magic and can • do
anything.
As they get. older, many of
them wonder why Santa
always forges their father's
writing, but Santa goes on in
the hearts of everybody.
Almost all of the meaningful
things in the world are im-
possible to see.
Just because you can't see
something doesn't mean he
doesn't exist.
