While Dr. Kaufman gave his full support to 'Heather Gardens, and said there was a desperate need for such facilities, Dr. Conlon said he agreed with the concept but had serious reservations about releasing patients to the • home from Goderich because of Mrs. Haskett's severe financial limitations. Dr. , Conlon ° said the Hasketts had worked "like staves" but the residents'I" need more professional help. "It's a shame she has to rely on the patients' disability pensions," Dr. Conlon said.
