AS well over 100 ladies gathered, Wandering Min- strel - Mrs, E. Be'nder, provided Christmas music on her accordion, circling the small tables which were seasonally decorated. . Mrs, D. Currie, president of the evening .unit, welcomed everyone. Under -the direction of Mrs.' ' H. Worsell, Christmas music and carols were provided by . —the Triple ,Trio. Members were°Mrs. R. Bushell, 'Mrs. J.' Westbi;•ook, Mrs. B. Wilkin, Mrs, • W. Hanly, Mrs, C. Kalbfleisch, Mrs., D. McMillan, Mrs. C. Adams, 'Mrs. D, Bundy and Mrs. L, Madge; .M rs'. F. Looker told a Christmas story, "A Mother's. • Wish'', telling of ..her wishes for4her family as she wrapped their gifts. The highlight of the evening was the presentation of a Christmas Pageant, "At the Manger". Mrs. R, Hughes, `representing Women of the ' 20th Century discussed World Problems with the Spirit of Bethlehem, depicted by Mrs. J. Britnell.
