If you're on a reducing diet, how much weight should you lose in a week? No more than 2 pounds. A greater weight loss isn't healthy and it doesn't help you to change your eating habits. You may want to lose weight faster, but remember, a loss of 2 pounds a week gets rid of 8-10 pounds of fat in,a month. And don't forget that when you're losing weight, NUTRITION MATTERS - A LOT!
