whichever is less, must be paid on each 'item at the time of
sale. Payment must be completed and items removed within
five (5) working days. Failure to comply will result in for-
feiture of deposit.
All payments must be cash, or certified cheque, money or-

Two mishaps cause 6800 in damages
The Goderich Police
Department investigated four
accidents during the past
week, with two resulting in
major damage estimates.

the Cooke vehicle then

no injuries.
During the past week the
Goderich Police Department
also laid 30 charges under the
Highway Traffic Act, three
under the Liquor Control Act,
one under the Food and Drug
Act, one under the Narcotics
Control Act and 12 under 'the
Criminal Code of Canada.
