ladies championship at the awards banquet held last Saturday.
The winners included Marie Huff, first flight; Jane Deathe .
second flight; Bud Elliott, third flight; and Ginger Shortreed,
fourth flight.

Mrs. George Bruce presents the George Bruce •Tophy to Verna Kane. With the trophy Mrs.
Kane also received a painting from, Mrs. Bruce's personal collection. The 87 -year-old Mrs.
Bruce is still an active golfer at Maitland Country Club.
