each other at the bargaining
table,. and this usually results in
a collective agreement," Mr.
McColl
He said the terms' of the
collective agreenient prbtect
the teachers from 'the effect of
rampant inflation and also
provide a catch-up or real in-
crease for the 'lowest paid
teachers who most feel the
effects of inflation,.

"It is a good agreement and
serves the best interests of
everyone invol'ved," .Mr.
McColl said.

Mike Jeffrey, a well-known Goderich barber, performed an
odd dance at his sister's wedding reception recently: It is an
old French custom that when an older brother is left un-
married after the rest of the family has been wed, he must
dance his way out of a pig trough in the presence ,ofwit-
