Grounds on Saturday, August 9 for the Dungannon 4-H Calf Club Show. It started with the Colborne Township Reeve Doug. McNeil giving the opening ,speech of welcome and 'words Of 'en- couragement to the bdys and , girls of the Calf Club. Reeve of Ashfield, Warren Zinn also spoke words of welcome and praised the boys and girls for their interest and efforts. " • -' This show is sponsored by the Dungannon Agricultural Society witirvJohn Clark, RR5, Dungannon; Bob McNeil, 'MI6, Goderich and Glen McNeil, RR6, Goderich as leaders. Members are boys and girls 12-18 yers from Ashfield and Colborne 'townships. A keen 'interest has been shown. There was a good showing of calves in the dairy and beef classes and awards or' trophies and prizes (ribbons) were given for showmanship and quality' and type of calf. o The judging got under way without delay.
