fifth and last meeting on
Saturday July :26, 19"75 at Lynne
Hildebrand's home.
Six girls answered the roll
call of bringing two kinds of one
vegetable. Each girl brought
their vegetables and judged'
them 011 their appearance,

done too' 'much lately for '

suppose .there is no upcoming
parade for Labor Day,..?
Parades take time, money
and planning but they also
give a lot of pleasure to each
and everyone involved - and a
lot of satisfaction 'later with a
job; well done. All.you need to
foul things up is someone with a,
negative attitude that thought
nothing was worthwhile when
they didn't win a prize.
Actually, the pleasure of .that•

Mark's Church Auburn,
Anglican, Church Women was
held on Thursday -evening last
at the `home of Mrs. Andrew,
Kirkconnell. Mrs. Kirkconnell
opened the meeting and
we.lc,onid the members,
:The scripture reading was
taken from St. Mark's gospel.
Litany from the Living
Message was read by Mrs.
Kirkconnell and prayers were'
given by the Rev. Fred Carson.
A reading, The Ordination of
Sam Hughboy, was given by
Mrs,, Thomas •Haggitt and also
One by Mrs.. Elmer Trommer
entitled, The Home Town. The
Bible Study was taken by the -
Rev. Fred Carson. ,
The business section eof • the
meeting was directed by. Mrs.
Thomas Haggitt. The travelling
apron received a penny for
each letter in Confederation, of
Canada. -
'Roll call was answered by a
Bible'verse with the word Tree'
