The weather was perfect and
, ss was the setting for a splendid
meeting of the Tiger Dunlop
Women's Institute Wednesday
afternoon, July 23 at the home
•of 'Mr. and ''Mrs. Emerson,
Elliott, Menesetung Parts,•
At a out 1 p.m. the members
gathere on the lovely i• patio
and enjoyed a, 'friendly get
together. After all repeated the
"Institute 'Grace the members,
helped themselves to , the
delicious smorgasbord salad
table served inside'and retired
again to the shade of the patio
to enjoy° friendly conversation
-during the' luncheon.
After this a short business
session, chaired . by,the
president, Mrs. Earl Sherood,
was held. Roll call was an
swesed by 24 members and
there were two : vi'si'tors.
Minutes of the last meeting
were ., read and adopted and
correspondence was ,read and
attended to,
A , letter of thanks was

class of Colborne Central
School for the. graduation
banquet. 'Miss Lynda. Reagan
received the award of the Anliie
Lamb ,'Trophy and thanked the
Institute. This trophy is _given
by the • Institute each year. in
memory of Mrs. Annie Lamb.
