cident in Court House 'Park, The letter
was quite in order and could have been
published had it been .signed by -the
writers. Instead, the group wanted to
remain anonymous behind a pen -name.
By ,way of quick review, the Signal-,
Star -does not publish letters which are,

is,withherd onsequest, and a pen name
used, the -identity of• the. writer._ must be-
