Don't forget the mixed Scotch
two ball this Sunday, June 22nd.
It will be followed by a pot luck
supper and everyone is
welcome. Just sign the' list ,in
the Clubhouse some time this
week.
Once the beginner is in
position with the golf club,"he'
might wonder how to start the
club back. Just draw it straight
back as far as is comfortable
and let nature take its course.
Don't turn awa; just draw it
back -but keep your weight
squarely on both feetand try
.,not 'to...._.sway _back-, with it
yourself. The key axiom in the
golf swing, according to ex-
perts, is to• be behind the ball
when you strike it - not all of
you; maybe, but certainly your
head. Good luck and COME

Paul Baechler finally mastered his own golf course. Paul cracked a fine tee shot on the 210 yard_
tenth hole using a three iron and beat the stiff cross wind Tuesday evening for a hole in one.
Paul, out for a round at the Sunset Golf and Country Club which he owns and operates, was
golfing with Tony Bedard who got a hole in one on the tenth last year. Paul has been golfing 21,
years, and said it was a very strange feeling to complete the golfer's dream. (staff photo )
