The band struck up the
march, the crowd became
silent anticipating the arrival
of the marching beauties, the
gymnasium doors swung, open -
and in marched 34 girls clad in
'tight costumes bedecked with
fringe, knees lifted high and
batons held carefully at their
sides.
The scene was witnessed at
theGoderich Majorettes
performance of marching drills
and routines on Thursday
night. The" girls demOnstrated
their ability for their parents
and interested parties with
precision marching' and sole
routines, •
