The 'two leagues Ballpark the fund raising event for 'money for equipment,'- ballpark improvements and administration costs. If all the pledges gathered by the 144 skaters taking part in Group numbers 102 at fiflish 2,000 ri the Rollathon are honored $2,077.34 will reach the league coffers within the next two weeks. Donna Frayne took second spot in the I00 metres and Heather Brander finished fourth in the 100 and 200 metre ' races. • Frayne and Brander also teamed, up with Brenda Pollock and Lucie Turcott to capture second spot in the girl's 400 metre,: relay. Anne Marie' Murphy, chipped in with a fifth place finish in the midget girls 400 metres. ' Gerry O'Brien led the junior contingent with a first in the discus and a third in the shot put. Tim McGee chipped in with a first place finish in the shot put. The junior girls enjoyed a profitable day claiming a host of first and:"seconds. Marilyn Aubin and Nellie Noop finished one-two in the junior girls shot put while Lisa Sboltz and Lor Keller also finished one-two in the long jump. Lori Keller also added a third in the 100 metres and a second in the 200 metres. ° Keller, Shultz and -team- mates Lucy' Stinnissen and " Carolyn Aubin combined for a y7 second in the girls 400 metre relay. Carob Aubin also Chipped in with a sixth in the 200 metres, Glen Tigert will be the only senior representative of the GDCI boys team after topping' all competition in the discus. Steve Crew added a' pair , of sixth place finishes in the 100 and 200 metres. Laura Ross was the lone senior girl winner with a win in the hurdles competition.' She also added a third in the 100 metres. Team-mate Kim Jeffrey .finished fourth in the hurdles. The senior girls relay' team composed of Sherry Boyce, Mary Harper, Anita Robinson and Laura Ross took third place in the 400 r.-r.tre event. ,ya
