Twsp. Recreation Council for

another pleasant surprise.
The April meeting, held April
23, gained five special guests
from Stanley Twsp. Recreation
Council- in the persons of
Messrs. Brodie, Steckle,
Armstrong, Taylor and Hayter.
Vice -chairwoman rHazel
McCreath welcomed them. All
felt there was much to be
gained by listening and lear-
ning from each other making
for better communications and
appreciation ot each others set
Up.

Twenty industries from Huron and Perth counties were
represented at the annual meeting last Thursday of the
Huron -Perth Section of the Industrial Accident 'Prevention
• Association.
The annual dinner -meeting was held at the Wingham,
• Legion Hall and was attended by over 10Q members and,
guests.
Western Ontario Division chairman Herb Mon▪ ck was
present at the meeting to convey greetings from the division
and to oversee the erection of new officers for 1975:1976:.
The new ,executive is: past chairman, Bill Hanula .of
Wingham; chairman, Frank Argyle of Stratford; first -vice-
chairman, Jack Swan of 'Stratford; second vice-chairman,
Duncan Waters of Stratford; secretary, Wayne ..Cousins of -
St. Marys.

as the diamonds are ready
"play ball" will ring out loud

the call, boys and girls. ,
Sorry to say the report for
last month's meeting didn'A
make it to the Goderich Signal
Star and hence not enough
learned about the registration
date of April 15 for our nature
Walks.
However,, because we feel
there is •an interest, a nature
wallCwill be held Sunday'. May
18 at 1:30 p.m. at the farm of
Mr. and Mrs. Gerry Ginn, Lot
