Goderich Peewee "B" made a strong showing
The Goderich Peewee B All
Star team participated in the
Walkerton peewee tournament
recently and although they did
not win a championship they
rpade a strong showing.
The •Goderich squad knocked
off two formidable opponents
before they bowed out of
tournament play. In the first
game Goderich thumped

mered Owen Sound 7-0. The B's
were eliminated from further
tournament competition
dropping a close 2-1 decision to
Listowel in their third contest.

Goderich pulled the goaltender
and, with six' attackers buzzed
around the Listowel net but
were unable to get the puck by,
goaltender Allan FaHis.
Harold Satori and Robt,
Cummings played well in goal
for Goderich with Satori being
especially sharp on a two man
breakaway with Goderich a
goal behind.
The entire Goderich team
played well' throughout the
tourname,nt.., Robt. Jeffrey,
Robt: MacDonald, and Ted
Doherty deserve special
mention for their two way play
while Steve Walters, Allan
Baker, Steve Sager,. all three
goaltenders and. ' the defence,
played strong games.
