of Colborne Township showing
many interesting facts such as
drainage,. roads, forests or
wooded lots, recreation, type of
land, etc. Those present were
busy finding out facts about
their land-a`nd the Township as
;they Viewed.,these maps during.
the coffee break.
Colborne Towi 's-liip is
predominately Agricultural but
there is recreation and many
the vital and important
figures.
The girls worked in pairs and
got pictures from the catalogue
for each different figure type
and told why they chose them.
They talked about different
textures of material and the
uses for each texture. They
chose suitable outfits. ,
The girls chose the name for
their group, "Tiger Dunlop
Topsy Turvies". Next meeting
will be the next Monday
evening, March 24.
