World Wide Pictures, the producers of the film, an- nounced the' appointment of Steven Rathwell a's Executive Chairman for, the Goderich area showings. Rathwell is enlisting the support of numerous civic leaders and other . residents to formulate plans for t'he:premiere. According to Rathwell, Time To Run is a new feature-length color release from the Billy' Graham Film Ministry studios.
