You were always true and patient
Through the years you struggled
orr
And those hands that rest forever
Made our home that now is gone
I often sit and wonder
What you would say and do
If you only knew the changes
Since God parted as from -you.
To some you are forgotten
To others part of the past
But to us who loved and lost you
Your memory will always last.

* This week Star of the Week honors go to Paul Bolan, a
' 10 year old centre and defenseman with Glenmark Homes
* , in the Atom House League, Paul is a four year veteran of
* the Goderich minor hockey ranks and is "enjoying his '
* second year in the atom division. .
-'* Paul is a versatile hockey player playing both defense
* and centre and he also played right wing last year. He
*, prefers defense to any otht.r• position .since it gives him a
• ;chance to break up the oppositions plays. He believes that
* a good defenseman should know how to stop ,opposing'
Slayers with the puck. This he says is accomplished by
vying the man rather than the puck.
But Paul also knows something about offence as
• evidenced by th'e fact -that he has scored 27 goals this
* season. In playoff 'action this week Glenmark Homes tied
Candlelight Tavern twice and Paul was instrumental in
* both' games setting up the tying goal in the first and
* scoring the tying goal in the second game with only seven
*'., seconds remaining:
* One thing Paul doesn't. like ,about playing defense is
* that he doesn't get an opportunity to carry, the puck as
* much as he would like but he does love 'the game of
* hockey and is looking forward to playing peewee hockey
next year.
