It is going to be a busy year with• activities of interest to growers and showers, begin- ners and "old prlds", and those who enjoy just looking at flowers or taking pictures. The first general meeting on. NiIe.UC re—elects officers The annual congregational meeting wag held on Monday, February 17 in the Nile United Church basement with a pot luck dinner served at 12:30 p.m. followed by the business part of the meeting at 1:30 p. m. Hopefully some members of tt><e Stratford Horticultural Socie will be' here to give some pointers as a result of their experience in landscaping public areas in Stratford. This is the 125th anniversary of the incorporation of the town and it is hoped that all Goderich Clubs will participate in this com- munity effort. The Stratford guests will also have ideas for hoMe gardening and will be glad to answer any questions anyone may have. The membership committee is hoping for a• record mem- •bership this year.
