Ernie McMillan's speech on "A Trip ,to the West Indies" won him the senior division honors over Tom McGill who spoke on "Sailing" Eleanor McMillan won top spot in the junior division with a speech about "The Generation Gap." She was selected ahead of Mary Ann Kalbfleisch who spoke on "A Trip to Florida," The senior division of the competition is made up of students representing Grades 11, 12' and 13 and the junior is for Grade 9 and 10 students.
