Too Stingy with our gas Canada at w
I predict their will be
another war with Canada and.
somewhere across the sea and
with the United States because
Canada is not giving them gas.
On- the National it said that
across the sea there was army
tanks increasing. I hope there
isn't a war. I also think their be
a depression. Remember when
you could buy a roastrpfor 2 or 3
dollars. Sugar 5 lbs. for $1.69
now 5 lbs. for 8 dollars. All of
the , foods are going skyhigh.
Most of all I think, every body
will be dieing of air and land
pollution. The cars are in-
creasing so is the air pollution.
People. is, throwing their wastes
everywhere I think we will be
riding horses because the gas in
decreasing and pollution is in-
creasing.

I WILL TELL YOU
A STQRY OF AN
OLD MAN'S RESOLUTIONS •
I will tell you a story ofcian--
old man and his New Year
Resolutions. The barn on the
hill had hardly no boards. The
fence had no paint on it. The
chimmeny was falling, in the
truck was broke down. He
made a resolution to fix them
all. As we all know resolutions
often fade away. He forgot all
about the tresolutions and was
courting a girl in town!

WHAT WILL.
HAPPEN iN 1975?
In 1975 I hope the cost of-
food
f "food goes down. If it doesn't I
think when 1 grow up the cost
of bread will 1 dollar a loaf. I
tl'ink if we waste things it isn't
very good. Just think of all the
poor people who can't buy food.
I hope I can help the people in
foreign lands who are starving.
I think if we all did our part 'we
probably could raise enough
money to buy food for the poor
people. That's what I hope will
happen in 1975:.
