The Goderich Signal-Star, 1974-11-21, Page 7One could go on and on in
talking about advertising and
the people that advertise. I
know I have missed a few and I
will try to pick them up - later.
Right now I think Santa - his
court and parade need atten-
tion.
The downtown businessmen
are t'•e-I`'?r.g the kids to a
Christmas Cartoon Theatre
Party at the Park Theatre from
12 to 2 - so that means an early
lunch, eh, -Mom?
At 2 the parade starts and af-
ter the parade, 'approximately
3:30 to 5:30, Santa will be in
the Park Theatre -so the kids
will be in a nice warm place.
'Thanks, John. - the little'ones
and their moms ,really ap-
• preciate this.
The ,parade. is shaping up,
nicely --maybe more floats •and
bands that other years. The
Kinsmen will he marshalling
the parade, again, and your en-
try must be at Elgin and South
St. by 1:30 or sooner -
For. the Santa Court, after
the 'parade we really need
another Santa - ,two hours in
front of all those kids, after all,
IS asking a lot of one Santa.
So, would someone volunteer
his help for an hour? Phone 4-
8373 - soon, please.
