SPECIAL MEETING
On Monday of this week, a
special meeting of Goderich
Town Council was held. It was
noted at the opening, of the
meeting that it had been called
to discuss the action initiated
by the Township of Goderich.
Council then moved into
committee -of -the -whole on
recommendation of its sok:.,itor,
Dan Murphy. r Council carne out of co,mmit-
tee-of-the-whole and went into
open session to make two
motions.
The first 'motion was that the
town instruct.. its solicitor to
make application for adjourn-
ment of the action that the Cor-
poration of the Town of
Goderich he added as a respon-
dent in the matter of Rockledge
Properties Limited and the At-
torney General of the Province
of Ontario; and that the ap-.
