Mrs Charlie Culbert (nee Vicki
Vanstone) whose marriage took
place on• Saturday, April 27,
1974, m at Benmiller United
Church.
Mr.. and Mrs. Irvine Eedy
motored on Sunday to., Kit-
chener, accompanied by their
grandson, Matthew Ott Vvrho
had spent several days here.
Martha Eedy also accompanied
them and returned to nursing
classes in London
Mr. and Mrs. Leonard Reed
and. sons, Paul and David, were'
guests on Saturday at the wed-
ding of Mrs. Reed's sister,
Helen Adkin, to John Master-
son in Chatham.
Mr. and Mrs. Russell John-
stongiotored to Owen Sound
on Thursday to visit the tat-
ter's mother on her 92nd bih-
day. On Friday Mr. and Mrs.
Johnston. will be• celebrating
their 49th wedding anniverz
sary. • Congratulations!

Brookside School Spring con-
cert again provided a splendid
program for a ,large audience
on Thursday evening.
Mid'. and Mrs. Paul Hender-
son from' `Mississaugavisited
for several days with Mr. and'
Mrs.' Harvey Alton' and with
Mrs. Garnet . Henderson in
Lucknow. On their return they
were accompanied by their
niece, Marsha Alton, wlioven
,joyed the Week -end with her
cousins. -
On Saturday a successful
auction sale was held clearing
'the estate of the late Jim,Little.
The six -room stucco home was
purchased by Gary ,-gourtneY,
R.R. 1, Dunga non, and Douwe
Wilts of R.R. -1 Londesboro,
both of whom re employed as
carpenters at Manning's' in
Blyth.
Mr. and Mrs. Ross Pan-
nabaker and 'two small
children have 'moved to
Goderich. They Will be Missed
from our community. To their
farm Mr. and Mrs. Mose
$hetler have moved with their
family of four little girls. We
welcome them, and many
people have been quite in-
terested in watching, field
cultivation' done using "four
black horses.
Mr. and Mrs. Brian
Kilpatrick, and children, Paul
and Libby, from Algonquin
Island, Toronto, visited" in Ben -
miller and Goderich this
weekend and called on
relatives in Dungannon and
