Dr. • S•hulma?n questioned Mr. dg Miller's ju"rnent, competence and basic knowledge of health matters. Dr. Shulman, a ,persistent critic of Mr. Miller .since his appoint- ment criticized, the removal `as of Saturday, of Provin.c•lal regulations governing swim- ming pools.
