''To men of good will' means that only good people w ithoul evil, mean or naughty ideas wiiuld get this. "Peace on Earth". No wouldn't it be nice if everyone had sotne of this 'Good Will' in our crazy mixed up world I doubt if this would ever be true, but some people during the ('hristnuis Season have it as they sfi' f,R'Merry ('hristnms'' and they are happy, and helpful.
