was held at the facilities. The practice was staged to
simulate a multiple car -bees coasion between the G.P.H. and
Godrrid, resulting in many injuries and an over—taxing of the
emergency . facilities ' at AJsrzandra Marine and General
HoepitaL Staff members served as patients as wed as treat-
