Mrs. J.M. Reed was honored
on Monday, September 3, 1973,
on her 81st birthday when Mrs.
Clarence Dustow of Goderich
had a luncheon for a number of
friends. •
Sympathy is extended to the
family and friends of Mrs.- Ir-
vine Henry who passed away
on Aug. 26 in her 78th year.
To Mrs. Cecil . Cranston sym-
pathy is extended in the -death
of her step -mother, Mrs. Lloyd
Hunter, of St. Helens, also to
other members of the family.
Summer holidays are over

all the family were present. His
birthday is September 9.

Last week six ladies braved
the elements, and went to the
Thames Valley Invitational in
London. It must have been the
hottest day of the sutnmer, but
Doris Paquette kept her cool
and came in with the First Low
Net in the First Flight.
Championship playdowns are
progressing very well in both
Men's and Ladies' divisions,
and within a week or so, they
should oe right down to the
nitty gritty. Care to place any
