Clinton and area residents will be in for a death -defying auto thrill show on August 29 when
the Imperial Hell Drivers come to town for one performance at the Clinton Raceway. Spon-
sored by the Huron Central Agricultural Society and the Clinton Kinsmen, the show offers
thrills and near suicide crashes.

the Huron Central Agricultural
Society and the Clinton Kin-
smen.
To start off a thrilling perfor-
mance, such drivers as Paul
Riddell, Natch Miller, Buddy
Young and Doug Brett will be

car over a highway transport -
semi -trailer truck, not
sideways, but over ` its total
length. Fans are,. invited to
bring their cameras to get a
shot of this unique event. Frdm
where.. the, car. tarts ,up—the
:'take-off=tramp to where it comes
back to earth, a distance of
over 100 feet is spanned.
The drivers will be pleased to
meet any fans on the raceway
after the performance to an-
swer any questions there might
be. Pictures can also be taken
in the Hell Drivers cars.
Tickets for .the event' are
available from any Kinsman or
from any director of the
Agricultural Society. Adults
are . $2 and children under 12
are free when accompanied by
an adult. There will be several
prizes given away to those with
advance tickets.

ing the exciting 100 year history of the RCMP, opens with a re-
enactment of the NWMP's Great March West in 1874 and closes
with the RCMP's famous musical ride. .

Paul Kerrigan has many in-,
terests in the Imperial Hell Drivers
Show on Wednesday, August 29th
at the. Clinton Raceway. —-
The Hell Drivers, billed as
Canada's number one auto thrill
show, will perform a wide variety of
stunts and crashes in a fleet of new
Chrysler autos at the spacious Clin-
ton Raceway beginning at 8 p.m.
Paul is the BP agent for Clin-
ton andarea-and all Hell. Drivers'
autos operate exclusively on BP gas-
olines and lubricants.
He is an 'active member and
immediate past -treasurer of the
Clinton Kinsmen. Club, co-sponsors
of the auto . show along -with the
Clinton Spring Fair w Board.
Paul will give away 100 gallons
of fuel oil in two 50 -gallon prizes as
part of a number ,of free gifts at a
special draw at the show.
And if that's not enough, Paul-.
and his fellow Kinsmen'operate the
Clinton Raceway- where the. Hell
Drivers will perform.
"1 think the Hell Drivers put
on a very good show and we at the
Kinsmen Club are hoping for a
good crowd at the Raceway. We are
now selling tickets in advance but
expect a large turnout at the gate
that night," says Paul.
