We have lear- nedas much from our mistakes aa we have from our suceesses. We tried to listen to the needs of the populace and from this we have set up a total of 15 programs. Some have been working smoothly and some have fizzled due to lack of in- terest. Two staff members are ap- plying for a . specialized grant from 1 --the 'provincial govern- ment. If it is accepted we will use the following format: A youth council will represent every age and sub- culture dominant in the town.
