Mrs. Diehl, the author of Ram=
bling with Lucy.
Mr. Diehl was a member of
Trinity Church, in Bayfield, the
Baytreld Agricultural Society
and the LOL Varna. -
Surviving besides his wife are
one nephew, George Durham,
Clarkson, and one niece,

Margaret Durham, Darwin,
Australia.
Funeral service was June 21 ,,
at Trinity Church with the Rev.
George Youmatoff officiating,
assisted by Rev. Hugh Crosby,
Mooretown.
Surviving are her husband;-- Interment was in Bayfield

all of Goderich, and Charles
Nelson and Elmer Hugill, both
of Clinton. "
Mrs. Florence Ida
Terryberry, 208 Warren Street,
died suddenly at her home
June 20. She was 78. The
daughter of the late James and
Margaret Ida (Daymen)
McClymont, she was born April
22, 1895 in Newmarket. She
moved to Kippen when she was
three years old and lived there
until she was married to Ver-
non Terryberry, January 9,
,181$ in Kippen. The couple
resided on a farm ' in Tucker -
smith Township until coming
to Goderich in 1962.
She was a member of Vic-
toria Street United Church. •

Carl E. Diehl, Bayfield, died
at his home June 18 in his 80th
year. He was born November 7,
1893, in Stanley Township on
the 5th concession at the third
generation Diehl homestead.
He attended Baird School
and Clinton- Collegiate before
farming in Stanley Township.
October 15, 1960, he was
married in Bayfield to the for-
mer Lucy R. Woods who sur-

MRS. MARY ELLEN WIGGIN'S
Mrs. Mary Ellen Wiggins, 59
Newgate Street, died in Alexan-
dra Marine and General
Hospital Friday, June 22 after
a lengthy illness. She was 86.
The former Mary Ellen Bell,
she was born April 28, 1887 in
Goderich Township to Harry
and Sarah (McLeod) Bell. She
has been a resident of G:'derich
for the past 2u years aim was a
member of Knox Presbyterian
Church.
She was deceased by her
husband, James A. Wiggins in
February 196:3.
She is survived by several
nieces and nephews.
Funeral service was Mon-
day,. June . 25. at McCallum
Funeral Home with Rev. G.L.
Royal officiating.
Interment was in Maitland
Cemetery. Pallbearers were Ar-
thur Keays, Robert Bisset,
Frank Clark, Stewart Knight,
Arnold McConnell and Nor-
man Minaker.

$15,400 ($14,806); $8,900
($8,800) to $16,500 ($15,900).
