In the High jump event, Tory McDonald placed first with Karen Pederson second and Barbara Hibbert third. The Midget Boys' long jump was won by Danny Maillet. Second went to Mark Finlayson and Greg Ferris. The high jump event was won by Danny Maillet with second going to Billy Peters and third to Larry Madge. The triple -jump was won by Maillet with second going to Tom Schram and third to Chris Griffith. The Junior Boys' long jump winner was Paul Helesic. The voices took on a hollow sound. There was an occasional click and a periodic beep. It drove me crazy. When I questioned my husband several months ago he admitted that he had hugged the phone because he thought I was having an affair. Why, I will never know. I never looked at another man. After several weeks he decided he was mistaken and had the equip- ment removed. Recently I began to suspect the phone was bugged again. When I asked him he admitted that he is checking on our triple jump event, it was Helesic winning again with Ar- bour second and Billy Rilett third. In the Senior Boys' " 'long jump, it was Jack Burleigh coming out on top with Peter Crew receiving second and John Carrick getting third. The high jump was won by Phil Main. Second was Peter Crew and third was Scot Little.
