Serve "Stand -Up Sandwiches by the Loaf". Make one for your next outdoor buffet, whether a planned affair or one that just_.happens on the spur of the moment because everyone is hungry. Whole Loaf Sandwiches are easy to make ,and serve and a great way to use up leftovers. If the crowd has had a busy day ou'doors, active in all sorts of things, then they need a meal that will replenish their energy supply. That loaf of bread is not just a filler. It's full of energy! So use it as the base for some of the other protein, vitamins, minerals and carbohydrates that are part of the meal. Along with the "Whole Loaf Sandwich" serve a molded pineapple -orange salad, your favorite potato salad, pickles, olives and anything else you feel would be suitable, .
