'The baseball season is under
way now and everyone is
having fun. The games are
played at noon hour on school

On Tuesday, everybody got a
laugh ,when the teachers played,
the senior boys team in a game
of basketball.
MISCELLANEOUS
Now we are back to school
after the long Easter weekend
and we are looking forward to
the next holiday.
The Junior Wing held a bake
sale last Wednesday and made
approximately $43.00. Well
done!
On Wednesday we had a
roller skating party and we
hope everyone enjo ed them-
selves. .

The new Book of Praise, san-
ctioned by,
the General -Assem-
bly of the Presbyterian Church
in Canada at its meeting in
June, 1972, will he dedicated in
Knox Church, Goderich, on
Sunday, April 29, at the regular
Service of Worship.
At the same time the Book of
Praise, Revised in 1918, will be
retired.
Assisting the Minister, the
Rev. G.L. Ronal, will be Gor-
don J. McManus, Clerk, of
Session, and Bruce Erskine,
Music Convener of Kirk
Session. - The new Book of
Praise, Revised 1972, contains
many new hymns gleaned from
hymn books all over the world,
music and words composed by
contemporary Canadian
writers, and a section of Psalms
for responsive or unt�'n
readings.
The convener of the new
praise book hats been Dr.
William Fitch of Toronto,- in
consultation with Alan H.
Cowie, Oakville, the late G.
Roy Fenwick, Toronto, Mrs.
Lilian Forsyth, Ottawa, Louis
H. Fowler, Port Hope, George
H. Douglas, Librarian of Knox
College, Toronto, Carman H.
Milligan, Ottawa, the late
Harry S. Reid, Toronto, Henry
Rosevear; Toronto, H. Douglas
Stewart, Toronto James H.
Williams, Toronto, and George
H. Young, Sarnia.
The committee has been in
being since 1963, appointed by
the General Asgembly. At Sun-
day's Service W. M. Cameron,
Director of Praise, will be in
charge of all music, assist.ed•by
the Junior and Senior choirs of
Kn,ox Church.
The first hymn in the Service
will be from the old Book of
Praise, and succeeding hymns
from the new edition. The
Clerk of Session will request
the Minister to retire the old
book; the Music Convener will
request the Minister to
dedicate the new.
This historic and momentous
Service is a once-in-a-lifetime
venture for many people.
