working on the Tom Sawyer
electives. The drama group is
practising, their parts for the
operetta.
The members of the action
group will become gymnasts,
skeletons or sunflower dancers.
The costume group is busy
making sunflower and skeleton
costumes. The stage set group
is' making props and
backgrounds for the stage.
The decorations group is in
charge of 'decorating the halls
and auditorium. The publicity
group is making posters to ad-
vertise the Tom Sawyer
Operetta which will be presen-
m ted neat the end of May. Watch
for further details in this
column next week.
Open House activities will 'be
continuing all this week at Vit-
toria Public School. Tuesday
morning the parents visited the
classrooms. Thursday evening
is Open House from 6:30 to
8:30 p.m.
Friday morning at 10:45 con-

safety.
