until liquid thickens and
vegetables are glazed.
Push vegetable mixture to
side of skillet making a space in
centre; pour 1 cup ofthe boiling
water into centre. Sprinkle'"in•"`
rice and 1/2 teaspoon. salt.
Pour• remaining boiling water
over'rice. Stir to moisten rice.
Cover, remove from heat, and
let stand 5 minutes. Fluff ,rice
with fork. To serve, spoon tuna
mixture over rice and garnish
with the sauteed almonds.
Makes 4 servings.
