would ride in a sleigh. My rein-
deer will -pull it. I would be as
quiet as a mouse. If a dog star-
ted to bark, I would give him
some food. Then I would sneak
out. a Then I Would go to
another house. I would look for
some food for me and my rein-
deer. I would not go down the
chimney lead -first. If it was
stormy, I would be in a fix. I
would- find a way out. When I
gifts to people Who don't have much
gets -twine 1 would just go fast
'rasleep from the long Christmas
Eve.

-get on my Moto -Ski and take
off. I would look down the
chimney because if the fire, was
still going I would not like that.
If it was -still going I would get
some snow and throw it down
- the chimney. If it missed I
would throw more down. Then
I...would go,down the chimney
and put the presents under the
tree and away t would go.

presents to every little boy and
girl. I would give the smallest
girl a cuddly baby doll with a.,>
frilly dress. Then I would go to
another house with children in
it that were snug in their beds
and I would bring them
presents too.

If I were Santa Claus I
would read all the letters the
boys and girls sent me and try
to remember what they all
wanted. On Christmas Eve I
would get all the toys that they
wanted. Then I would call,
"Now Dasher, now Dancer,
now Prancer, now Viken. On
Cornet, on Cupid, on Donner,
on Blitzen. To the top of the
roof, to the top of the house to
the top of'the wall --dash away,
dash away, dash away all."
Then.. I' d, land on the top of the
roof and 1 --would go down the
chimney and fill the stockings
with candy and toys. I'd lay the
presents around the tree neatly.
Then I'd go up the chimney,
hop into my sled and fly away.
I think it would be nice to be.
Santa Claus.

girls different things every
Christmas. I would go down

would give the children some
candy in thair socks. I would
give the children's father a pair
of slippers and give their
mother a new hat. Some times
when kis cold •my noseeturns'
red` then Wlien I go in a house
my nose would get warm again.,
When I get to the last house I
go back home for a good night

Ho! Ho! Ho! Iwould ride a sled
full toys and candy for good lit-
tle girls and boys - When Christ-
mas came I would harness the
deers and Rudolf. Then off I go,
with Rudolf in the lead. Over
the -house tops, tree tops 1 go. I
go from house to house filling
stockings with toys and can-
dies.

done I will go back home. Then
I would put back the sled. Then
I would go into the house and

would plat on my P.J.'s go to
sleep, dreaming the words,
Merry Christmas to a'll, and to
all a good night.
